- Residents can speak during Public Testimony at regular meetings, in person in Council Chambers (93 Washington St., 2nd floor) or by Zoom, for up to 3 minutes each and 15 minutes in all. Sign up on the city's online form, open from 6:30 PM the Tuesday before the meeting, or in the City Clerk's Office, until 6:30 PM on the day of the meeting.
